General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by hotel, room type, and selected rate plan. Guests should review cancellation terms before completing a reservation. Some bookings may allow free cancellation within a specified period, while others may be partially refundable or non-refundable.

Free Cancellation Bookings

Eligible reservations may be cancelled free of charge before the cancellation deadline displayed during booking. Once the deadline has passed, cancellation fees may apply.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Promotional, discounted, or special offer reservations may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings cannot be refunded if cancelled, modified, or shortened after confirmation.
